It’s no surprise to see Dragon Age: Inquisition win Game of the Year as this third installment in the franchise has RPG fans agog. Our own Ray Ivey has started a Gameplay Diary and is also streaming Dragon Age on Twitch at http://www.twitch.tv/rayivey.
One can only admire the execution by Monolith of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor’s “Nemesis System” which was no doubt a significant contributing factor to the game taking home Best Action/Adventure Game. The innovative procedurally generated Captains and War Chiefs of the Orc command structure added another layer of immersion to a game that also includes the best elements of Assassin’s Creed and Rocksteady’s Batman games,.
Great to see Valiant Hearts: The Great War take the Games for Change award. It’s a gripping story that’s full of heart. Read the review.
