David Gordon never knew his estranged father well, but he is shocked when he is summoned to his family’s ancestral home in the Scottish highlands after his father takes his own life there. He knows little about his father’s final weeks, but the circumstances of the death seem strange.

Settling the inheritance is only an excuse for David to learn more about the castle his father grew up in, meet the family he never knew, and uncover the mysteries surrounding his father’s death.
