Tales from the Borderlands – First Official Screenshots, Info, May 6th, 2014

From Telltale Games, the developers who brought us The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead series, Tales from the Borderlands adapts the grim environment of Pandora from Gearbox Sotware’s FPS Borderlands. The most recent release of the franchise came just last month with Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Tales from the Borderlands is set to be a 5-part episodic game and episode 1 ‘Zero Sum’ follows two adventurers, Rhys, a Hyperion ‘suit” and Fiona, a Pandoran con artist looking for her biggest score. The game is set after the events seen in Borderlands 2. If Telltale’s prior success is any indication, Tales from the Borderlands looks set to be another winning series for adventure gamers.

NOTE: Tales from the Borderlands is available now for PC and the Playstation platforms, and will be available tomorrow for X Box One. Those wanting to play on X Box 360 will have to wait til December 3rd. Mac users may have to wait a few days as Telltale stated that the MAC version is delayed, and that they are working hard to get the Mac version out ASAP. The release date for iOS and Android has not yet been announced by Telltale.
