The absence of a “Leisure Suit Larry 4” forms the basis of this installment. Julius Biggs has stolen the missing floppies, causing Larry Laffer to become amnesiac.

Larry is now working in the adult film industry for a Mafia-connected company called PornProdCorp. His boss sends him across the United States to scout models for “America’s Sexiest Home Videos.”

Meanwhile, Patti is recruited by the FBI to investigate two record companies suspected of hiding subliminal messages in their songs. PornProdCorp also schemes against its competition by donating money to CANE, Conservatives Against Nearly Everything.
