The story begins five years after the events of the previous game. Nontoonyt has become a resort, and Larry now has a high-paying job at Natives Inc. and lives in a luxurious house with his wife, Kalalau. His life falls apart when Kalalau leaves him for another woman, and he loses his job as well. He retreats into a phone booth, changes back into his white suit, and returns to the swinger lifestyle.

He meets several women, including Tawni, Cherri Tart, Suzi, Bambi, and Passionate Patti. His attempts to seduce them fail until he meets Patti, who can be won over if Larry collects the right items and performs the right actions based on his encounters with the others.

After Larry and Patti spend the night together, Larry hears Patti mumble her previous partner’s name and leaves. He becomes lost in the jungle, and the player then controls Patti as she searches for him. The two are later captured by lesbian cannibals, escape with a magic marker, and end up at Sierra’s headquarters, where they pass through set pieces from other Sierra games. The game ends with Larry and Patti living in a California log cabin, and Larry writing a series of computer games based on his adventures.
