The opening sequence shows Larry mowing the lawn of Eve, suggesting they remained together after the previous game. This is then revealed to be an unreliable narration: Eve arrives with only a vague recollection of who Larry is, and Larry learns their affair was only a one-night stand.

Afterward, Larry wanders off, wins the Lottery, and receives a free vacation after stumbling into a rigged dating game show. While preparing for the cruise ship, he accidentally ends up with a microfilm, drawing the attention of the KGB and the mad scientist Dr. Nonookee, both of whom want it back.

On the cruise ship, Larry discovers the woman who chose him on the dating show brought her mother along, so he tries to escape. He stops the ship and leaves by lifeboat, later washing ashore at a resort on a Hispanophone Pacific island. With KGB agents blocking the airport, he disguises himself as a woman to get through, then escapes a plane by parachute and lands on the jungle island of Nontoonyt.

There, he meets Kalalau, daughter of chief Keneewauwau, and learns that Dr. Nonookee is stopping a company from investing in the island as a resort. Larry infiltrates the volcano, accidentally causes Nonookee’s death, frees the hypnotized native women, and marries Kalalau. The final cutscene has a witch doctor rejuvenate him as the volcano explodes.
