Now in his mid-thirties, Simon works in Calypso’s curio shop to pay off a long forgotten debt while still trying to find a way back to his own world.
In a strangely mirrored world, his opposite, Simone, is standing on stage at a wizard conference, about to receive a lifetime achievement award. But before she is honored, the world’s inhabitants discover that their magic is no longer working. Once again, they turn to their hero to save them.
