Kôna is a first-person survival-adventure game taking place in the 1970s in Northern Quebec, Canada.
You play Carl Faubert, a war veteran turned private detective. You’re called in to investigate theft and vandalism at the summer residence of industrialist and copper magnate W. Hamilton. The local Cree population is convinced that Hamilton is responsible for destroying sacred lands.
When Hamilton fails to meet you at the designated location, you start to search for him. In the process, you discover that the entire area is deserted.
Where is the local population? What happened to Hamilton? Are the Cree involved?
Kôna is to be released in Q1 2015 for PC, Mac and Linux. The game will support Oculus Rift and be voiced in both French and English.
Narrative demos are available for both Windows and Mac.
