Voice Actor Announced for Bolt Riley and More

Halfway to Kickstarter goal, Bolt Riley has voice actor set and a new trailer.

Adventure Mob announced today a brand-new trailer and gameplay videos for their upcoming adventure game Bolt Riley – A Reggae Adventure along with an announcement of a new voice actor. This news comes today as the game reaches its middle point in Kickstarter.

The new voice actor is Anthony Sardinha, known for his many roles in video games such as the Jamican-themed adventure game The Journey Down by Skygoblin.

“When I was first approached about this project, I was absolutely thrilled, said Anthony Sardinha, “The art, the music – everything was absolutely amazing”. You can check out  Sardinha greeting supporters on Kickstarter below:

Bolt Riley – A Reggae Adventure has also reached it’s halfway point on Kickstarter, with 12 days left. Oded Sharon, Adventure Mob’s CEO, had this to say: 

“I’m amazed with we’re getting from backers and the new opportunities that lie ahead. I have seen backers increase their pledge and new ones join, we’ve had an amazing reaction with plenty of organic social media activity. The amount of shares, tweets, and write ups about this campaign has been wonderful!. With the new partnerships we just made and new content, we’re closer to hitting our goal.”

Bolt Riley – A Reggae Adventure is a tale about a young man growing up in a poor area of Kingston, Jamaica. He loves music, especially Reggae, and wants to become a singer. As Bolt, players will help him discover the inspiration he needs to write great songs as well as put together a band. The game is a collaborative work between Lori and Corey Cole, creators of the Quest for Glory series, and Adventure Mob.

Bolt Riley – A Reggae Adventure is aiming for an April 20, 2014 release.
