We thought it would
Players get to dress Flo in a variety of outfits throughout the game. I had fun with this because my Flo is color-blind and has no fashion sense. As a trade-off, restaurants aren’t as customizable as they were in Diner Dash 2. Series veterans will see both new and familiar elements here. Among the new: levels played in relative darkness, and others that feature screen-jarring (representing turbulence, etc.) which causes drinks to spill. There are also some new customer types.
All-in-all, the series remains deliciously addictive, and fans would do well to give Flo-on-the-Go a try. Advancing through the game is great fun, players who savor more demanding gameplay will find it in the Expert arena, and the “secret” levels are really quite amusing!
