From
Czech Republic comes the intriguing dark fantasy adventure, Ron
Loo. Ron Loo is a young aristocrat who has been prepared since
early childhood to become ambassador of Arekan upon the death of his
uncle. Raised in the distant kingdom of Anrie, Loo has led a peaceful
and intellectual life.

After
receiving news of his uncle’s passing, Ron regretfully leaves
behind his true love Alia and sets out to claim his rule, but a tempestuous
storm wrecks his ship, stranding him in a land rift with ferocious
animals and bloodthirsty highlanders. Now he must survive not only
the elements, but also his own inexperience.

Peregrius
promises that Ron Loo will feature over eighty different
locations, two main characters and numerous in-game animations and
video sequences. If recent history is any indication, Czech Republic
seems to be a hotbed of activity for intelligent adventure games
lately
with the release of Shadow of the Raven and Time Guard
and a future that includes Black Mirror (also distributed
by Future games) and now Ron Loo. This game indeed looks
to be a promising addition to the adventure gamer’s collection.
