Roof Bridge Puzzle
- The object of this puzzle is to cross the “L” shaped
bridge from the first area to the second area then rotate the
bridge 90 degrees and cross it again to get to the Observatory.- The puzzle is actually quite easy once you figure out A) what
all the controls do and B) what the target is.- The target clue can be found in the Inner Garden Mezzanine.
- The Power Cabinet in the second area (PC2) has a wheel. This
wheel will turn the bridge once it is activated. You must solve
the puzzle to activate the wheel.- The Power Cabinet in the first area (PC1) has a lot of knobs
and buttons, but nothing happens there when you use them.- PC2 has a lot of lights, but there are no controls to manipulate
them.- The controls in PC1 manipulate the lights in PC2. But what does
each control do?- The white button turns a light on according to the settings
of the knobs.- You can turn on as many lights as you like, one for each time
you press the white button.- The black button clears all the lights, resetting the puzzle.
- PC1 has three knobs with four positions, five positions and
four positions respectively.- PC2 has four rows of lights, five columns of lights and four
colours of lights.- If you are sure that you have entered the correct pattern but
the wheel still doesn’t work, go back to the Inner Garden
Mezzanine and look very carefully again at the clue. The clue
contains four rows and five columns, just like the lights. Take
note of any empty rows or columns.Knob positions are numbered top to bottom.

Observatory Puzzle
- This is a Rune Stone Dissolution Puzzle. The correct Rune Stone
must be inserted for it to activate.- This is the classic memory game (AKA Simon).
- You only need to win this once.
- The winning series will be twelve stars long.
- Use the Rune Stone Naudiz
- Draw a picture of the screen on a large piece of paper. When
you start the puzzle, write a “1” by the star which
starts the series.- Write a “2” by the second star in the series, and
so on. You will only have to add the last star each time.
Medical Bay Entrance
Hints
- Solving the puzzle, which looks like an abacas, will open the
door.- There are seven poles and each pole has seven positions (five
beads and two blanks).- Seen any clues around which have a seven by seven pattern?
- The clue for this puzzle in on the floor of the kitchen in the
Unfinished Apartment.Solution
- You’re kidding, right?

Medical Bay Steam Cabinet
Hints
- This is a Rune Stone Dissolution Puzzle. You must insert the
correct Rune Stone to activate the puzzle.- The clue for this puzzle is on the yellow notepad in the lounge
next to the Blue Dolphin swimming pool.- The clue refers to two colours: a top colour and a bottom colour.
These are the two bands in the middle of the fuse.- A neighboring colour can be either the same band (top for top
and bottom for bottom) or the fuse cap.- A neighbor can either be left/right or up/down.
- “Two slots away” can be either two over or up/down
and one over.- You don’t move the fuse with the green caps or the fuses
with the red caps.Solution
- Insert the Rune Stone Inguz
Boiler Room
Hints
- The dysfunctional boiler really is a puzzle.
- It is a Rune Stone Dissolution Puzzle and needs the correct
Rune Stone to activate.- The clue to this puzzle can be found in Aaron’s note in
the Observatory.Solution
- Open the boiler and insert the Rune Stone Gebo.
- Number the valves on top of the boiler from left to right 1
– 2 – 3.- Actuate the valves in the order: 1 – 1 – 2 –
3 – 2 – 1.
Café Game Room
Hints
- The board is a Rune Stone Dissolution Puzzle and needs the correct
Rune Stone to activate.- The clue to this puzzle can be found in the Security Office.
- Look at the security camera aimed at the water tower.
Solution
- Place Rune Stone Uruz in the center of the board.
- Move the coloured bowls around until they match the pattern
in the clue.- Clockwise from top: Red – Blank – Yellow –
Blank – Blue – Green.
Wittard’s Apartment Entrance
Hints
- The maps indicate that Wittard’s apartment complex is
on the first floor.- But we can’t get there via the elevator.
- Remember that strange metal wall on the second floor behind
the perambulator?- I wonder if a clue is written on its backside …
Solution
- Make sure you have unlocked the door to the Finished Apartment
by exiting through it.- Make sure the metal wall is lowered (switch is found in Security
Office).- Enter the Finished Apartment. Go through the hole in the closet
and into the Unfinished Apartment. Exit Unfinished Apartment and
find yourself on the other side of the metal wall.
