Unravel the mysteries of the fortress that holds Tommynaut and his blind alien talking dog Beak-Beak captive

From indie developer Pencil Test Studios and publisher Versus Evil comes a game in which you join a space explorer named Tommynaut and his blind alien talking dog named Beak-Beak as they crash land on a weird planet. If this isn’t bad enough, the pair ends up locked in a mysterious fortress called Armikrog.

Pencil Test Studios co-founder Mike Dietz: We’re proud, exhausted, elated, and humbled to finally launch Armikrog. Without the help of Doug TenNapel who created the original  concept and main characters, Terry S Taylor who produced the ethereal and fun soundtrack, our strong and loyal Kickstarter community and a host of experienced artists and talented volunteers, we would not have managed to bring our collective vision to life.  This is a true form of playable art.  We can’t thank everyone enough.

Versus Evil General Manager Steve Escalante: We were incredibly excited when we partnered with the Pencil Test team to help them bring this game to market, and seeing the end product come to life has been very fulfilling. Armikrog is truly a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind video game that will appeal to gamers of all ages.

The point-and-click adventure is now available for PC/Windows, Mac and Linux through all major digital retailers including Steam.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
