Hollywood actor Jeff Anderson, known for his role as Randal Graves from the Clerks series, will be the English voice of the protagonist of Randal’s Monday and assist the developers in creating the script.

Developer Nexus Game Studios is a huge fan of Clerks and the movie’s sequel. The game’s protagonist is a tribute to the movies, one of many pop-culture references.

Enric Costa, Lead Producer of Randal’s Monday: “We are big fans of Jeff Anderson’s work but especially of his role in ‘Clerks.’ When we first started to design this story in that filthy old garage, we could never have imagined that he would end up being the voice of our Randal. We know he is a very selective man when it comes to the projects he decides to participate in, so it’s a real honor for us to be able to have him on board and give life to our main character. Nobody else in the world could ever interpret Randal better than he does. It’s like the icing on the cake for this huge project.”

Randal’s Monday is being developed by Nexus Game Studios and will be published worldwide by Daedalic Entertainment. The game is scheduled for release in Fall 2014.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal.
