Heroes & Legends: Conquerors of Kolhar is a fantasy RPG epic for PC, Mac and Linux that blends combat and strategy. You will face an array of vicious enemies in both story-driven and randomly-generated adventures.

Outfit your band of wizards, warriors, and assassins with custom-made weapons and armor built using a full-fledged crafting system, then lead them into battle against legions of lethal foes. Manage combat tactics, wield ice and fire against over 130 monsters and obliterate your opponents in a spray of sparks using magical artifacts. As you explore and gain experience, you’ll unlock more challenging scenarios and more powerful special abilities.

Scott Steinberg, general manager of Phoenix Online Publishing: “Heroes & Legends: Conquerors of Kolhar offers RPG fans of all skill levels the chance to dive right in and enjoy engaging fantasy battles in seconds. We’re pleased to provide enthusiasts with yet another great reason to go adventuring this summer.”

Jerome Bodin, game designer and owner of Cuve Games: “You will find in Heroes & Legends elements that you won’t find in other RPGs, but it’s still a tribute to the fine J-RPGs of our youth. Its challenges will appeal to the older hardcore as much as to the newcomers.”

Look for Heroes & Legends: Conquerors of Kolhar on August 21st for PC, Mac and Linux.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal.
