Alien: Isolation Bonus Content Trailer and Screens – July 13, 2014

SEGA® of America, Inc., SEGA® Europe, Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has announced exclusive pre-order bonus content featuring the vocal talent and likenesses of Sigourney Weaver (Ripley), Tom Skerritt (Dallas), Veronica Cartwright (Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (Brett), Yaphet Kotto (Parker) and Ian Holm (Ash, likeness and sound-alike). This DLC will allow players to experience two scenes from Ridley Scott’s 1979 film classic, Alien.

“Working with the original cast has been an incredible experience,” said Alistair Hope, Creative Lead on Alien: Isolation. “It was important to us to have the key original cast members reprise their roles in order to perfectly capture the atmosphere of the movie. For some of the original cast, this is their first appearance in an Alien video game. Seeing them reprise those roles after 35 years was an unforgettable experience.”

Pre-orders in the UK will include a free upgrade to the Nostromo Edition with bonus content “Crew Expendable,” in which Ripley, Dallas and Parker are playable characters. Pre-orders at select retailers in the UK will also receive “Last Survivor,” wherein Ripley must make her way to the shuttle Narcissus after Lambert and Parker are killed.

This offer applies to customers based in the UK only. Digital offerings may differ.

Alien Isolation will be available starting October 7, 2014, for Xbox One, PlayStation®4, Windows, PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation®3.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal.
