Get ready for a psychedelic tale of good and evil driven by the laws of Karma.

Karma. Incarnation 1 tells the story of a creature named Pip, who is incarnated in the form of a cute-yet-brutal worm, living in a truly surrealistic world.

Being naive and not knowing much about this reality, Pip is willing to talk to flowers and stones and is just as ready to swallow whole another representative of local fauna.

Features:

  • No text dialogue whatsoever!
  • Alternative ways of progressing through quests: by being good or evil, the player opens additional storylines as they progress!
  • The main character changes his appearance depending on the path he’s chosen, and key characters react on his looks differently. This also opens alternative story lines that make each playthrough fun in different ways.
  • Astral vision – Pip, the main character, can see through his inner eye. This special ability allows him to perceive the spirit world at any moment of the game. Within this astral plane he’ll find additional creatures and hints on how to successfully complete the quests.
  • Unique & original sound track by Zmeiraduga band.

Auralab plans to release the game on Mac, PC, and Linux. An Indiegogo campaign is in progress until August 3rd; the developer is also looking to get the game Greenlit.

Part of the revenue from sales of the game will be donated to the wildlife rescue fund WWF.

Minimum system requirements:

– Processor: Intel Pentium 4;
– Memory: 1 GB RAM;
– Hard Drive: 650 MB free HDD space;

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
