Eleusis Release Slated for October 16
First-person adventure game mixed with exploration, information-gathering, and horror-survival making its way to the PC soon.
Publisher Base Games and developer Nocturnal Works announced today that Eleusis will be releasing for the Windows PC on October 16, 2013. The game will be released with full localization in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, and Russian.
In Eleusis, players explore a seemingly abandoned village in Greece, where a plot unfolds that the village contain a cult that wants to revive a dark force through an ancient ritual. As a story-driven game, Eleusis is played through in first-person perspective, with emphasis on exploration, information-gathering, and includes horror-survival elements. The player must also solve inventory item-based puzzles in order to unlock new areas and solve the mystery of the village’s cult.
Eleusis will feature:
- Explore open environment with realistic physics in the Greek countryside.
- Use stealth tactics and agility to survive.
- Use physics-based objects to defend yourself.
- Challenging item–based Puzzles with simple interface.
