Max and Nina have announced their forthcoming wedding, but at the beginning of the story the event suffers a catastrophe. Max is arrested by Berlin’s police force on an accusation of terrorism.

Nina faces her biggest adventure yet in the third game. She wonders whether everything is connected to the happenings in Tunguska, and whether humankind depends on her.

As she tries to save Max, she must also confront the question of whether fate matters more than her happiness. The story follows a cinematic hunt across continents, with many riddles to solve.
