During a junior tennis tournament, a young player is found murdered in the stadium locker room. The player works with NYPD detectives Lennie Briscoe and Ed Green to investigate the crime and make the arrest.

After that, the player works with ADA Serena Southerlyn to try to crack the case. The investigation includes twists and turns that reveal dark secrets about the sport and its players.

For the first time in the series, the player takes on a second junior detective role rather than serving as Briscoe’s partner. DA Charles Northcutt, played by Alan Oppenheimer, is a game-exclusive character who does not appear in the main show.
