The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk Will Be Coming Our Way in 2017 – August 18, 2016

In The Inner World, we discovered the world of Aposia. Existing in a big hollow space defying the laws of physics, it was ventilated by three enormous wind fountains. This was home to Robert, a naive and cheerful novice of the last wind monastery.

All was well until the wind fountains failed. It fell on Robert, along with mystrious thief Laura, to solve the mystery of the wind’s disappearance.

In The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk, Laura, Robert and flightless pigeon Peck embark on a new adventure. They must find the legendary last wind monk in order to protect Asposia from a new threat.

Emil, a trader of odds and ends, has led Asposians astray by convincing them that the dynasty is in cahoots with dark forces. The only one who will be able to stop him is the heir to the flute nose throne: Robert.

Unfortunately, Robert has spent the past three years petrified. But no matter. With a huge dose of enthusiasm and little-to-no idea what he’s doing, Robert, Peck and Laura (assisted by the mysterious Mama Dola) embark on an adventure to find the legendary last wind monk.

From Headup Games and Studio Fizbin, The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk will be released this Summer for Mac, Windows, Playstation 4, Xbox One, iOS and Android.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
