Welcome to the dark side, aka the town of Shivercliff. Once you visit, you’ll never want to leave.

Become Matthew Parker, who has just been in a train crash. After regaining consciousness, you discover that everyone has vanished, including your wife and daughter. You are completely alone. The only indication of where you are is a sign captioned Welcome to Shivercliff.

Husk is a classic first-person narrative horror game with survival elements. It features combat, riddles and a compelling, mature narrative that includes elements such as violence and alcoholism.

As you explore Shivercliff, you’ll face your inner demons. You’ll be fighting with your past for the sake of your future.

Łukasz Noculak, UndeadScout: We are extremely excited that in less than a month players all over the world will be able to experience our debut game – the result of our cooperation with IMGN.PRO. In our newest trailer, we unveil some secrets about the main plot. Drawing on the elements of oneiric horror, in Husk we strive to touch upon real and often very painful problems. I’d rather not reveal any more details right now –you’ll soon be able to discover them on your own!

Husk, from IMGN.PRO (KHOLAT) and UndeadScout, has been constructed with Unreal 4 and will offer four-to-five hours of gameplay. It will be released worldwide on February 3, 2017 for Windows via digital outlets such as Steamand at select retail outlets. Get ready for some purebred horror.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
