In Gemini: Heroes Reborn, you’ll assume the role of Cassandra, a college student who has superpowers such as telekenesis and the ability to time travel. A friend has been kidnapped, and it’s up to her to battle her way through The Quarry, an enemy-filled underground facility, not only to save her friend but solve a family mystery.

Cassandra will unlock her superpowers during her journey. She’ll be able to move so quickly that time will appear to slow down; she’ll gain the ability to jump between the years 2014 and 2008, manipulate any object (or enemy) via telekinesis and fire a powerful energy blast that impacts everything in its path.

Gemini: Heroes Reborn will also employ ragdoll physics, and will be packed with Easter Eggs for fans of NBC’s Heroes Reborn television series.

Tim Kring, creator of the HEROES universe and co-founder of Imperative Entertainment: Gemini: Heroes Reborn is actually an original story that shows a darker part of the Heroes Reborn universe unseen on the television series. We designed it to be a true gamer’s game that requires players to read and react to hostile situations quickly and effectively. The ability to combine or ‘stack’ multiple super powers provides a gameplay experience unlike any game yet and we are eager to see some of the creative solutions players come up with to get through the game.

Developed with Unreal 4 by Phosphor Games, Gemini: Heroes Reborn will feature fast-paced and strategic gameplay that will yield mind-bending possibilities. The game is to be released January 19, 2016 on PC and Xbox One, and in early February on PS4.

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
