In The Assembly, a Game Specifically Designed for VR, You’ll Travel Without Moving
Developer nDreams presents videos showing how this (and more) will be accomplished in the story-driven adventure

The Assembly Is Re-Engineered – June 5, 2015
According to nDreams, one of the biggest problems with VR game design is delivering free movement without making people feel nauseous, dizzy, disoriented, nuts, etc. Research has revealed that 40%-50% of VR players are “uncomfortable” when using dual-analog controls. Cleaning up after them is no fun, either.
nDreams has decided to try to solve this problem and deliver games that realize the VR dream for everyone possible.
In the following EGX Developer Session, nDreams founder Patrick O’Luanaigh discusses the challenge of creating games for VR.
The Assembly, which is being developed exclusively for VR, will next be featured at London’s EGX Rezzed on April 7-9, 2016. The game will be released on Project Morpheus (PS4), Oculus Rift (PC/Windows) and HTC Vive (Steam VR) at a date TBD.
