Who is the Imperial Stormtrooper? Well that’s 22 year old actor John Boyega – rumors have it that he plays an Imperial Stormtrooper that has decided to side with the rebellion. The other main character is 22 year old English actress Dasiy Ridley – rumors suggest that she is none other than the daughter of Princess Leia and Han Solo. She is seen riding on a very different type of speeder from those seen on the Forest moon of Endor. Rumors say that these scenes are on a new desert planet, but many can’t help but think that it’s Tatooine. 

Just like the previous movies in the series, droids appear set to feature as prominent members of the cast. Lovable as they may have been, the highly immobile R2-D2 and C-3PO may have become obsolete as a very speedy and futuristic droid zips across the landscape. We can only wait to see what sort of personality this, and other droids in the movie may have.

JJ Abrams, the director for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, has done one thing that has many old fans very excited, and that’s reducing the reliance on CGI that many saw as marring Star Wars 1-3. 

Finally, what’s with the new light saber? The guard is interesting, but wouldn’t a light saber just slice right through it?
