Visual Imagination Software (VIS) has just released Passing Pineview Forest, a free mini-prequel to Pineview Drive, a horror adventure game. Passing Pineview Forest supports the Oculus Rift, but can be played without it.

We reviewed Pineview Drive soon after it launched and Kemal Ure, our reviewer, noted that “Overall, Pineview Drive has good graphics, decent sound design and some genuinely scary moments. However the narrative and gameplay fall way short.”

This mini-prequel is set in the Pineview Drive universe and has you exploring the forest around the Pineview Property and is available for free on Steam.
