Ethereon: Virtual Reality Adventure on Kickstarter
A Virtual Reality Adventure experience brought to you by one of the developers of the classic adventure game Riven materializes on Kickstarter. Demo available. Trailer, screens, and info.

Ethereon: Virtual Reality Adventure just launched a crowd-funding campaign on Kickstarter seeking to raise $35,800.
Innervision Games was founded by adventure game veteran & long-time VR enthusiast Tony Davidson who helped to develop Riven: The sequel to Myst (best-selling computer game of 1997 and one of the top 10 best-selling games of all-time). The team includes other talented individuals with impressive backgrounds in film and gaming, including work on How to Train Your Dragon, Matrix, A Bug’s Life and Shrek, to name a few.
As the title implies the game is being designed with the Oculus Rift and other VR devices in mind, but for the many gamers who do not yet own a set, the game will be playable without it. A link to a playable Demo is available on the Kickstarter page.
You can also support the game by giving it a vote on Steam Greenlight.
From Kickstarter
Ethereon is a highly immersive Virtual Reality adventure filled with novel, puzzle-based interactions that are designed to take full advantage of the upcoming VR revolution. Reaching the heart of Ethereon will require using your intuition, but no need to worry because the puzzles are 100% logic-based – utilizing real-world physics – so you can rely on your logic & reason to guide you through.
Ethereon is a made-for-VR experience and Innervision is working to bring it to both the Oculus Rift and Sony’s Project Morpheus – with future support for Android-based mobile VR!
