Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris E3 Announcement Trailer, Screens, Info – June 12, 2014

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, sequel  to the acclaimed Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, will offer a four-person co-op story experience (online/offline) as well as a single-player mode. The adventure takes place deep in the deserts of Egypt and will feature stunning visuals and a new, original story.

In Temple of Osiris, Lara must join forces with rival archaeologist Carter Bell and imprisoned gods Horus and Isis to defeat the evil god Set. In co-op, players must work together to explore the temple, defeat hordes of enemies from the Egyptian underworld, solve devious puzzles and avoid deadly traps. All the while, players will compete for treasure, powerful artifacts, and ultimate bragging rights.

Darrell Gallagher, Head of Product Development and Studios: “After the immensely positive reception we received for our debut co-op adventure Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, we always hoped that we would find the time for Lara to return in another classic AAA digital arcade title. We are excited to expand upon Guardian of Light’s legacy with an entirely new adventure, and challenged ourselves to create fun new ways to play. Four-player co-op in Lara’s world combined with Crystal Dynamics’ high production values are being brought to a new generation of platforms and we are excited for more friends to share in the adventure together.”

I've been with JA in one capacity or other since 2003. I'm currently website administrator. I'm also a digital artist (my avatar is one of my creations). I write reviews and articles, create graphics and basically help tend the site. It's work I enjoy very much. I love playing games of all kinds, but adventure and RPGs are my favorites (particularly scary/dark/unsettling ones). At the top of my list are The Cat Lady, The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Still Life (first one only), Scratches and Culpa Innata. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool recluse and prefer the company of animals, hardware and ghosts to human beings (no offense). And no bio would be complete without my saying that I do NOT care for phones of ANY sort. Further, I think Dell computers are garbage and that Microsoft has become megalomaniacal. "I put my heart and soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh "I need solitude for my writing; not like a hermit - that wouldn't be enough - but like a dead man." - Franz Kafka "I've been to hell and back, my boy." - Susan Ashworth, The Cat Lady
