Treasure in the Royal Tower Box Shot - click to enlargeThe title of Nancy’s fourth adventure might lead you to believe she has gone international, but she is actually trapped in a Wisconsin ski resort that has been snowbound by a nasty blizzard. As for the treasure of the Royal Tower. Well, the resort contains an old tower that was actually used by Marie Antoinette herself. Not that’s an inventive plot twist!

Why? Because they understand what’s fun about the character and her stories. Intriguing locations, shady characters with questionable motives, and tricky mysteries that reveal themselves to the patient sleuth are hallmarks of all Nancy Drew stories, and the quartet of graphic adventures capture those qualities.
