Maybe I would have found
Escape From Monkey Island to be funnier if I had first guzzled
this specially brewed Escape From Monkey Island grog. This
libation was not sent to reviewers, but was instead passed out to
E3 patrons who had been invited to LucasArts’ private room. The bottom
of the label states that ‘Pirates and monkeys agree…this is the
brew for you’ and adventure fans will surely agree that this premium
ale is certainly one of the all-time great tchotchkes.
For
those younger Monkey Island fans still not of legal drinking
age, these Monkey Island coasters are just the ticket to prevent
your Yahoo bottle from leaving sweat rings on your mother’s furniture
(those in need of a good laugh should visit some of the Monkey
Island forums on the internet to enjoy some of the more outrageous
reactions whenever Monkey Island receives less than heaps of
praise from JA).
