#1 – STUPID INVADERS LAVA LAMP

An early morning knock
on the door. Left behind by the UPS man is the largest package I have
ever received from a game company. Has my online heckling of UbiSoft
finally gone too far for this heavy, rectangular package is surely
some sort of bomb. But all is peace and love as I put a flower in
my hair and turn on the black light to silently groove to the mesmerizing
palpitations of a Stupid Invaders lava lamp ingeniously disguised
to resemble a spaceship. Surely the only tchotchke in gaming history
that is worth more than the actual game it was meant to promote.

Randy Sluganski was a true adventure gamer and his passion for these games made him just as important as the developers and publishers of these games. Randy passed away after battling lung cancer for over 10 years. Randy can never be replaced but we would like to light a torch in his memory for what he did for us with his love of adventure gaming.
