Mina’s rescue at the end of the first game is cut short, leaving her and the primate Jep stranded on the mysterious island again. They must fend for themselves.

Mina needs to treat her wounds and stay safe from the local wildlife. Jep can help by fitting into smaller spaces, moving deftly through the jungle, and communicating with other animals.

Using item combinations throughout the island, Mina and Jep must recover from their ordeal and find another way off the island.
