You play as detective Jake McUrk, who works for the Police Detective Agency. The citizens replaced the old corrupt police system with the PDA, made up only of detective investigators.

Even without policemen patrolling the streets, the crime rate dropped by nearly 50%. One morning, Jake is assigned what sounds like another false alarm.

He is soon pulled into a nightmare of brutal murders and danger around every corner, and he is no longer sure who he can trust.
