Nick Delios, a former private eye and now a governmental secret agent, is accused of attempting to murder Annita Argyriou, the president of Detronics S.A. He has been framed.

As he searches for the truth, he becomes caught in multiple conspiracy networks across the Peripheral Galactic Alliance, threatening the alliance itself.
