A pirate ship sank off the African coast, but Blue Beard survived. He settled in Africa and began tormenting animals, tying them up with thick ropes and locking young animals in cages so he could sell them for money.

The story could have ended sadly, but a parrot came up with a plan. It brought a brave boy named Victor to Africa.

Victor said he was not afraid of Blue Beard. He took his plane and set off for Africa.
