A Vampyre Story (2008)

Deep within a gloomy castle in Draxsylvania, the young opera singer Mona De Lafitte is held captive by her tormentor, vampire Baron Shrowdy von Kiefer. After being transformed into a vampire and taken there, she longs to return to Paris, continue her singing career, and one day become a star at the Paris Opera.

When Shrowdy fails to return from a nightly foray, Mona sees a chance to escape. With the help of her only friend and confidant, a cheeky bat named Froderick, she flees her prison and tries to find her way back to Paris.

During her journey through Draxsylvania, Mona encounters strange inhabitants and even stranger challenges. Along the way, she must learn to accept her vampire nature and use her abilities to her advantage.
