Enter the lost world of Kairo. Explore vast abandoned monuments. Bring strange and ancient machinery back to life. Slowly uncover the true purpose of Kairo and fulfill a great destiny.
Kairo is an atmospheric 3D exploration and puzzle solving game set in an abstract and minimalistic world. Inspired by classics such as Ico and Myst.
Developed by Richard Perrin the creator of the white chamber with music by Wounds (Bartosz Szturgiewicz).
"Set somewhere between a locked room puzzler and a first-person adventure, it’s a bizarre world of stark blocks and careful, abstract architecture. Without an inventory, weapons, or even a ‘use’ button, this is bare-bones gaming with the emphasis on exploration. And it’s worth exploring." - Rock Paper Shotgun
"Kairo is exactly what I had hoped: this isn’t a game that gives you objectives, super powers or rules. You simply appear in the middle of nothingness and begin to explore." - Indie Game Magazine
"I am hungry for more Kairo, having played the alpha from start to finish twice already. It is a game that takes me back to an eight-year-old's joy of a game called Adventure." - Electron Dance
