Holiday Season Coming to the Land of Telara in Rift
Six week, three-phase world event known as "Fae Yule" brings holiday hats, new quests and more.
As the snow starts to fall and egg nog goes on sale, holiday cheer and celebration is making its way to the MMORPG adventure game Rift. Players in the land of Telara will be able to celebrate the holiday season for six weeks, which will feature not only additional quests, but holiday hats, corgi companions and more.
However, it is not all festive times and holiday cheer, as Crucia, the Dragon of Air wants to bah humbug all over the land, enslaving the Fae and make everyone's holiday a bad one. Players that take up arms to keep the holiday cheer strong and participate in the event can earn Unique Snowflakes, which can be traded in for yule-inspired gear, a corgi companion and a vaiyuu mount.
Trion World also announced that this weekend, players can enjoy three days of bonuses, such as increased experience, PvP Favor and Prestige, Plaques of Achievement, and Planarite.
