In this survival horror game, indie developer Eyemobi wants to take you on a constant edge-of-your-seat experience that never repeats

Arachnophobe  alert! There be spiders in Phantasmal (and in the trailer below). How bad are they? Let's just say that due to their presence, I turned down a review of the game.

Phantasmal Hits Steam Early Access - May 1, 2015

Phantasmal is a survival horror game in which the emphasis is on unpredictability. The game takes place in a randomly-generated world in which no two experiences are ever the same.

Direct combat is meant to be used as a last resort. Battling the creatures of Phantasmal will begin to suck your character's sanity away (although I get the feeling that Eyemobi wouldn't mind if you were to go totally insane). It's much more advisable to be stealthy, resourceful, and quick-witted.

Kickstarter-funded Phantasmal is now available for PC on Steam at a 20% discount until April 21st. VR versions of the game are in the pipeline, and an XBox One release is planned for mid-2016.
