After having been waylaid twice, the third-person point-and-click mystery is currently in the hands of solo developer Steve Adamson

Developer Steve Adamson, addressing an earlier version of David Slade Mysteries: Memories of the Past:
At the time that version of the game was being developed I was working with a small team of people, that in short went their own separate ways, the source code was kept by the coder and thus the game died a quick death which caused the game to be canceled. As I did not have the time or resources to start over from scratch on my own.
However now I do and I have been working on the game myself as a solo one man team, as I really love the story I want to tell with this character and I was not willing to let it die. Introducing David in this first chapter tells a really dark part of his life as a young rookie homicide detective fresh out of the academy. Eventually I want to branch off into new chapters of this character's life with new and exciting adventures.
