Status : Online | I think this information was already posted a few days ago. I don't know who owns the rights to what, but if LucasArts doesn't own the rights to S&M outright, I'm sure the situation is so legally bungled that they can indefinatly interfere with anybody else's, including Steve Purcell, ability to do anything with the license. I'm not holding my breath.

Status : Offline | I think it was said in one of the other threads that Lucasarts licence is due to run out soon and Purcell will regain the rights.

Status : Online | The Lucasarts license runs out in May and Telltale has stated that a Sam and Max game is probably going to be their second game. Theres a great article over at Adventuregamers if anyones interested.
