2: You unlock the door? Nah. It makes sense, thinking about it...well, it depends on how you want to interpret being "trapped". But no. You don't have the key nor do you have anything else to force the lock.
10: interesting take, but not the one I had in mind - or rather was dictated Oh btw...the answer is closer than you might think...

5. Whoo boy. Not a "little hoarse (horse)?

5. Whoo boy. Not a "little hoarse (horse)? Too much. In fact it was hoarse horse. I will give that point to Michal I think. :

Assuming there is no other way to get out apart from the door.
Is #3 something and a brain?
What's "fourth estate" and why?
I forgot my sig.

What's "fourth estate" and why? You know what? Beats me. I don't get it, either. Same with fifth column.

It's not THAT silly. Everything mentioned is either in the room or it's not. Or let's say: there is not more in the room than is mentioned. Oh forget it...the walls are not mentioned, but there are 4 of them complete with a ceiling and a floor.

And there is no way to get out other than through the locked door? And presumably the door is locked and closed? And you're supposed to get out of this room? And what am I doing there? How did I even get there - I don't remember any such thing happening See, if it's assume nothing, then it's assume nothing
Oh, and 4 walls don't mean it's not a pentagonal room with one wall missing.

I realize this question is poorly phrased. I've seen at least 5 other solutions to the situation, as described. But this door is locked from the outside and is not going to open.

It refers to the press, but I'm not sure of its origin.

Clue: Keep in mind, there is no window. What a useless clue.
