| Deleted User | First, let me say (and I don't think this is a spoiler) that this game has a couple of mini-quests that don't necessarily contribute to the overall solution but are fun on their own. I didn't mention this in my review, but I consider this a big plus. The mini-quests contributed to the overall style, story and atmosphere. One of the comments in Akhilles's post refers to one of these miniquests.
As for the coordinates from 1912:
SPOILER:It is easy to miss some of the side views of the lantern at the top of the lighthouse in 1912. You must view the apparently "useless" closeup of the front of the light and then go around and see the closeup on the back of the light. This will reveal the coordinates.

You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here.

(the heck with those spoiler warnings, there obviously are going to be spoilers on this thread!)

| Deleted User | Ummmm..... last I saw Benjamin Parker, he was back in prehistory. That's where he was when he programmed Malakai for its return to 2090 AD.
The ending was unconscionably abrupt. But at least it wasn't Black Mirror.

BTW did you happen to notice a very subtle reference to Sanitarium?

M is back where he wants to be. P can eat Jellyfish(tm) till the sequel.
I feel I might have a stroppy lead character to deal with quite soon. He is a cartographer ... so, maybe he will go exploring, and experiment. Or make maps. Or dig around in the dark, like a frightened fool......
Was he there at all? Those goggles are playful. I took them out on the town, and they just didn't cut it with the Gucci masses.

Aha! So there's going to be more P in the sequel. My brother thought BP and PW were going to get married. PW doesn't seem to be having much luck with ghosts so far.

Status : Online | Could someone clarify a few things about this game? I finished it as well, but I'm not quite sure what the true story behind the game was about. Maybe I missed a few important story-based clues from what the ghosts were telling me, but I couldn't understand most of their lines.
spoilers:
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What is Malakai exactly? I know it's some kind of probe developed in 2090AD and it somehow managed to warp back through time to 2090BC (for reasons not clear to me), and in it's course it caused strange things to happen in various timezones where it traveled across, for whatever reason.
This thing has a mind of it's own? Is it because of the high AI it posesses, or is there more to it than that? And if it's a robot, then how come it speaks with such a warped, ghost-like tone. (I admit, it sounded scary. But it didn't make much sense )
Unless I skipped it, the glowing bodies (Drake and Magnus) are never explained in the game. I realize they were Malakai's tools, but what was their purpose? To collect the information you need to fill in in the Malakai probe at the end? Or to murder out their colleagues and add to the scary factor? (I'd like to know a motive for that personally)
Maybe this game wasn't meant to make much sense, but if anyone could offer some theories or speculations about these questions, I'm all ears.
