Status : Offline | I don't know about this specific problem - I have played the game fairly recently on my XP system without problems, but following Inferno's advice (as usual)
Her set-up page is the following:
http://home.earthlink.net/~infernofilecabinet3/XpSetupsK_O/MorpheusSetup.htm
You'll need Quicktime 3 installed and run the game in 256 colours, otherwise it should be okay. Good luck.

Status : Offline | Dombrewer, thanks for the tips. I tried installing Morpheus once again, faithfully following Inferno's instructions, and am sorry to say that I still received that "unhandled exception" message.
I recently completely reinstalled XP from scratch to be sure my system was as clean as it could be, but there must remain a conflict of sorts that I can't find.
Thanks again.

| Deleted User | If you have a newer version of QuickTime already installed, you may want to try completely uninstalling it before installing the version that comes with the game. This means hunting down particular files and .dll's even after running the uninstall utility. For complete instructions on fully uninstalling QT, read this.
