It's a fun game, aimed towards a younger audience. All of the characters are anthropomorphic animal-people, rather like Mice Of Nihm. The main hero is a fox, and one of the things that I found most interesting was the animation for walking on a digitigrade biped - very believable.
It's got a good, solid storyline. A couple mazes though, which become rather boring and repetative. It's got a good few plot twists, and all of the animal species are portrayed by their main traits - dogs are warlike, foxes are thieves, mice are secretive spies, deer are nomadic nature-loving druids. The voice acting on the CD version is unusually good.
I'd reccomend giving it a shot if you have the spare time. It was on Underdogs a while ago, but don't think it's there anymore. Definitely a good game for younger players or people new to adventure games, but be sure to keep some paper handy for the maps.

Originally developed by The Dreamer's Guild and published by New World Computing, CD-ROM version - marketed and distributed by US Gold.
We can be heroes, just for one day.
