Has anyone here played this adventure game, Dark Side of the Moon? I was reading some reviews on it at www.pcgamereview.com  and they were raving about it. (i don't know how to insert an url in my posts yet)
Let me know what you think of this game. Thanks!

Well.....after reading the customer reviews at www.amazon.com on this game, I don't think I'll get it. It only plays good on an older computer system. I don't know if it would play right on mine. Before I buy any game, I always go to Amazon and read the reviews, they are by people that have bought these games and played them.  :-/

What is your processor speed? I have a Dell 600mhz, so I'm assuming it may not play well on mine.

They sell the DVD version at Bigdaddysoftware, http://www.bigdaddysoftware.com/games1.html, for 9.95 USD. Get the DVD version if you can. There's A LOT of disc-swapping with the CD version.

Hey Myriex....
I went yesterday to that bigdaddysoftware site, to order the game, but I haven't received an email back from them yet, and when I went to their site today, I guess it was down  ??? Have you ordered there before?

Defently get the DVD version and avoid the disk swaping!  I don't know about the Amazon.com site, I perfer to read opintions from fellow 'adventure game' fans.

I realy enjoyed this game, it has an interesting setting & story, and it's not a short game. As with most FMV games, some of the acting is better than others.

I don't know about problems running it on newer PC's , since I played it over a year ago.

I bought my copy of DSOTM DVD from them a couple of months back. I recieved the game in Sweden only a few days later and my CC wasn't charged until they actually shipped the game. Hopefully the site is only temporarily down and you can e-mail them about your order when it's up again. And :-* right back at ya!
