Status : Online		Anyone Know what a swap file is? The game eraser keeps saying it can't find a  swap file and consult a win 95 hanbook on it. I am running it under win xp but wip 95 compatibulity mode please help I can't reach the companies tech support.

Status : Online		Swap file is virtual memory. If the system runs out of physical memory, it will "swap out" not-recently-used memory pages to disk and read them back later if it needs to. This of course kills performance but it allows you to run applications or sets of applications that require more memory than is physically available in your machine.

On XP the swap file might be in a different location than where it used to be on 95.
