Hi,

Have installed the game, everything is fine except....................the sound.  Very choppy, no more than choppy.  The sound moves along with the video but music and words cannot be understood.  I have emailed them and looked in the game itself but there doesn't seem to be any option to correct anything.

Here are my system stats.  All my drives are up-to-date and anything you can suggest would be appreciated and my Thanks ahead of time.

AMD Athlon XP 2200+
512MB DDR RAM
60 Gigabyte Hard Drive
CD-RW=Mitsumi CR-48XCTE
DVD/CD-Rom Drive
HP PSC 700 Printer/Scanner/Copier
Soundblaster Live
GForce 3 ti video card
Logitech Optical Mouse

Gosh, Red, I wish I could help you but I have no idea. I played Zelenhgorm with no problems at all and my system specs are very similar to yours except... which Windows version are you using?

Deleted UserHmm...I had this problem with Zelenhgorm. But then it was before I formatted my pc. I dont know what had happened because suddenly all my games were having sound problems.

After I formatted it , it didn't have any problems. Maybe you should return the CD

Am running WIN 98 (SE I believe).  I have put in an email to them to see if they have any suggestions.

I have a lot of games loaded and this is only one having the problem.  Graphics, etc. everything else is ok.

Thanks to both of you, appreciate the replies.

Hi 5,

Just wanted to tell you a big Thank You

The only difference was I had to move the bar to the right not left and now it is working great.

Thanks again!

Could the problem be that you have TOO MUCH GRUNT? This game recommends:

System Requirements:
Pentium II (or compatible) 400 MHz, 96 MB RAM, DirectX-compatible 8 MB Video Card, 12x CD-ROM Drive, 700 MB of Hard Drive Space, DirectX 8.1 or later (on CD).

This is like trying to play a 1995 Game on a WXP machine ...... won't work

NEVER throw out your old 'puter .... can't sell them anyway

Hi Janelle,

What 5 said worked except I had to move the slider up instead of down.

You are right you know,  I do have an older computer with ME and sometimes it works better on the lower requirements than the new one.

Deleted UserThat's OK Red, just my 10 cents worth.  I have never had any problems with old games or new ones and I run ME .... which most people say is horrid LOL

Mostly I use my PC for emailing pals around the world
6 years) a bit of browsing the news, etc and Adventure Games ......

I see no reason to waste money on "cards" ... I even installed ElderScolls3-Morrowind on here ..... no problem, I just do NOT fancy that sort of game.  My SIL bought it, and found his PC couldn't install the thing, so brought it over here .......  works fine on mine ROFL  Men!!!
