Well Gamespot didn't give it a date and there is a date of January of this year when, I guess, they listed it at their site. The article has a n/a as release date.
It looks creepy and that would be fun but I don't think it has been released.
So, I will keep looking and at least you have a start on it. I might do a web search and try and find more out.
I noticed that at this site it says 4th Quarter 2002.
Let me know if you find out anything, am always looking for games.

From their own website release seems to be around the 1st quarter of 2003

I also thought the same thing too about the character in the screenshots. He looks 'stiff'. Guess I should wait and see what kind of reviews it gets.
