I've just found the oracle who sends you back to the airfield.  The ship has three controls that appear to be in Base-12.  I tried entering in the two "numbers of power" I have so far, but they did nothing.  Any idea where I might find a clue as to what number to enter to get this thing moving?

Keep those "numbers of power" handy for a puzzle that comes somewhat later.

The number you must enter into the ship's keypad is revealed nearby, on one of the benches. However - that number is in base four, and you must translate it into base twelve.
